Całość posypujemy słodką papryką i odrobiną kukurydzy, dodajemy również czosnek. </span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Następnie zalewamy ciepłą zalewą, podważamy po bokach oraz w środku składniki aby mieć pewność, że zalewa wypełniła wszystkie suche szczeliny. Ilość sosu powinna być dość znaczna,  sięgać mniej więcej do połowy pałek.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Przykrywamy brytfannę i wkładamy do piekarnika na drugiej od dołu kratce. Pieczemy pod przykryciem ok. 1 h. W trakcie pieczenia można ponownie podważyć składniki, aby mieć pewność, że zalewa w dalszym ciągu dociera w każde miejsce.
