Mieszamy i zagotowujemy.</span></div></li></ul></div><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-group"><h4 class="wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold">Przygotowanie kurczaka na ryżu:</h4><ul class="wprm-recipe-instructions"><li id="wprm-recipe-2042-step-2-0" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Nagrzewamy piekarnik do 180 stopni C (góra/dół). </span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Do większego naczynia żaroodpornego (moje ma ok. 7 litrów pojemności) wsypujemy suchy ryż, posiekaną w talarki cebulę, kukurydzę, pokrojoną w kostkę paprykę i mieszamy. </span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Owijamy pałki kurczaka w boczek i układamy ciasno na wierzchu pozostałych składników. Całość posypujemy słodką papryką i odrobiną kukurydzy, dodajemy również czosnek. </span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Następnie zalewamy ciepłą zalewą, podważamy po bokach oraz w środku składniki aby mieć pewność, że zalewa wypełniła wszystkie suche szczeliny. Ilość sosu powinna być dość znaczna,  sięgać mniej więcej do połowy pałek.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Przykrywamy brytfannę i wkładamy do piekarnika na drugiej od dołu kratce. Pieczemy pod przykryciem ok. 1 h. W trakcie pieczenia można ponownie podważyć składniki, aby mieć pewność, że zalewa w dalszym ciągu dociera w każde miejsce. Jeżeli zostanie nam troszkę sosu można go również dodać w trakcie pieczenia.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div>

Jest to niewymagająca i bardzo szybka w przyrządzeniu potrawa. </span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Dodatki do takich ziemniaków w postaci różnego rodzaju duszonych czy pieczonych mięs są bardzo dobrym wyborem. Dlatego i w tym przypadku postawiłam na coś szybkiego i równie smacznego. Były to mielone na patyku przygotowane według przepisu mojego męża. Tym razem odrobinę uboższa to wersja kofty, którą zazwyczaj mój mąż przyrządza. Stawiałam jednak na szybkość sporządzenia mieszanki, na którą mój mąż potrafi poświęcić naprawdę dużo czasu.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Dodatkowo dodam, że do tej pory mielone na patyku zapiekaliśmy na grillu, więc smak oczywiście był inny od tych przyrządzonych w piekarniku. Mimo wszystko, cała rodzina zajadła się ze smakiem — no dobra, poza córką, która ogólnie nie przepada za mięsem. </span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Oczywiście do ziemniaków pieczonych na patyku, jak i pieczonego mięsiwa, nie mogło też zabraknąć lekkiej surówki, jako uzupełnienie potrawy. Dobór odpowiedniego dodatku oraz jego kompozycję pozostawiam wam. Myślę, że każdy z nas posiada swoje najlepiej sprawdzające się w domu mieszanki ziół i warzyw. Aby jednak zaspokoić waszą ciekawość, poniżej umieszczę opis surówki, jaką podałam w przypadku tego dania. </span></div>
